Turnkey Implementation
Design, manufacturing, site work and decoration in one contract: we hand over the space ready to live in, keys included.

What is included in the turnkey model?
Design, construction drawings, shell and finishing works, fitted furniture production, services, floor and wall finishes, lighting, and the supply of loose furniture and accessories are all covered by one contract. You just approve; procurement, coordination and quality control are on us.
The scope is set out item by item in a written contract. Schedule, payment plan and warranty terms are agreed before work starts.
Why does a single point of contact matter?
Working separately with an interior architect, tradespeople and suppliers leads to coordination gaps, disputes over responsibility and schedule slips. With a single point of contact, the team that drew the design also manages the build, so no detail is lost; if a problem arises, there is one party responsible.
How is quality control carried out?
Checkpoints are set for every work item: before services are closed in, before floors are laid, after furniture installation. Each stage is photographed and reported; at handover we close the snag list together. Our in-house civil engineer keeps the site disciplined.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the payment plan work?
Payments are made in instalments tied to the work stages defined in the contract; each payment corresponds to completed and approved work.
What if additional requests come up?
Additional requests are priced in writing and never carried out without approval, so you stay in control of the budget.
Is there a warranty after handover?
Our workmanship warranty is 2 years; materials and products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Our team remains available for minor adjustments after handover.
