Apartment and Residence Design
Spacious, functional solutions in limited square metres: in apartment and residence projects we solve storage, light and flow problems through design.
How can space be used more efficiently in an apartment?
Wall-to-wall made-to-measure storage, multifunctional furniture and the right lighting make small spaces feel open. Dead zones like corridors and entrances become storage; light surfaces and mirrors add a sense of depth.
In new apartments, carrying out the finishing works to our own design instead of the developer’s standard improves both cost and result.
When should design start if you are buying a new-build apartment?
Once the shell is complete and before finishing works begin. At this stage electrical and plumbing points can be rearranged to the design, avoiding later demolition and extra cost. Our contracting team completes the finishing works to the design.
What do we focus on in residence apartments?
To building management rules, shared service shafts and the facade layout. Balcony enclosures, air conditioning and lighting are designed to comply with regulations; the design centres on the apartment’s view and light.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does renovating an 80–120 m² apartment take?
A full renovation (floors, bathroom, kitchen, painting, cabinets) takes 6–10 weeks. Furniture and decoration-only projects take 3–4 weeks.
Can we renovate while keeping my furniture?
Yes. The pieces you keep become part of the brief; the new concept is built to work with your existing furniture.
Does it make sense to hire an interior architect for a small apartment?
In a small space every decision matters more; a well-planned apartment is far more comfortable on the same budget. The design fee usually pays for itself through the mistakes it prevents.
