Room types (standard, suite, family room) are resolved in one design language at different scales. Lighting scenes are planned around day and night use.
What is the difference between boutique and chain hotel design?
In a boutique hotel, character and local story come first, and each room can have its own details. In a chain hotel, brand standards and repeatability are decisive. How is implementation managed on a hotel project?

How is the design cost per room calculated?
We quote per square metre based on room type, amount of fitted furniture and bathroom scope. Repeated room types lower production costs, and this saving is reflected in the quote.
Are separate concepts developed for the restaurant and lobby?
Common areas share the same brand story but are each resolved for their own function. The lobby prioritises welcome and waiting, the restaurant service flow and acoustics; the material and colour language stays consistent.
