We handle every stage of construction with our own team, from the shell to fine finishing. With our in-house civil engineer and technical department, we work as a professional organisation.
What does our contracting service cover?
It covers villa and house construction, refurbishment and renovation, shell and finishing works, services, facade and roofing, and project management. Structural, permit and site processes are run with engineering discipline by our in-house civil engineer; occupational safety and regulatory compliance are fundamental.
Because design and implementation are under one roof, every detail of the interior architecture project comes to life on site to the same quality standard.
How do we work on refurbishment and renovation?
The existing condition is reported after a site visit; the items to renew, schedule and budget are set out in a written quote. Why does civil engineering make a difference?
Structural systems, seismic regulations, soil surveys and permit drawings require engineering expertise. Our in-house civil engineer checks the project’s structural safety, material suitability and site quality, so aesthetic decisions rest on solid technical ground.
What is the project management service?
On a build run with your own team, we take on planning, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and quality and cost control. Weekly progress reports, payment certification checks and handover inspection are included.

Do you handle permits and municipal procedures?
Yes. Our technical department prepares the architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings and handles the permit application and occupancy process.
Is the price fixed in the contract?
Work with a clear scope is quoted at a lump-sum (fixed) price; items that cannot be surveyed in advance are priced per unit. All extra work requires written approval.
How are occupational safety measures ensured?
Our sites are supervised by an occupational safety specialist, with personal protective equipment and daily checklists; all workers are insured.
Do you carry out seismic retrofitting?
We carry out performance analyses and retrofitting designs for existing buildings, and implement them.
