Who is the data controller?
Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Mirano Concept Art & Design (“Mirano Concept”) as data controller, within the scope described below. Which data are processed, and for what purpose?
The full name, phone number, email, space type and message you share through the contact form and WhatsApp are processed to respond to your request, schedule a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out contract procedures. Site usage data (IP address, browser information, cookies) is processed to ensure security and — with your consent — for statistical analysis.
What is the legal basis for processing the data?
Under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, the legal bases are “being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, “the legitimate interest of the data controller” and “compliance with a legal obligation”; for analytics and marketing cookies and commercial electronic messages, the basis is your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK. Explicit consent is obtained optionally via a separate box and can be withdrawn at any time.
To whom is data transferred?
Your data may be transferred to the competent public authorities where legally required, and to hosting, email and — with your consent — analytics service providers to the extent necessary to provide the service. Transfers abroad are made only under the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.
How long is data retained?
Contact form records are kept for 2 years from the conclusion of the request and are then deleted or anonymised. Records that lead to a contract are kept for the limitation periods set by the relevant legislation. Cookie consent records are kept for 1 year.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information; to learn whether it is used for its intended purpose; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction; to object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
You can submit your requests, together with documents proving your identity, by email to info@miranoconcept.com or in writing to Seyrantepe Mah. 8187 Sk. B Blok No: 3B İç Kapı No: 1, Karaköprü / Şanlıurfa. Requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
