In turnkey interior architecture, design, material selection, trade management, furniture manufacturing and handover are the responsibility of a single team. The homeowner doesn’t deal with each tradesperson separately, but follows the process through an approved design, a clear budget and a schedule.
Most people who have renovated complain about the same thing: the plasterer can’t come until the electrician has been, the painter can’t start until the plasterer is done, and the homeowner is left coordinating them all. The turnkey model exists to remove that burden.
1. Site visit and needs meeting
We walk through the space together. How many people live there, who works from home, how often do guests come, what don’t you like? These questions underpin every later decision.
2. Survey (measurements)
All dimensions of the space, service points and the positions of columns and beams are transferred to drawings. Even the finest design will cause problems on site if the measurements are wrong.
3. Concept and layout
First the plan is resolved: furniture layout, circulation, storage. Then the material and colour palette is presented with sample images.
4. 3D visualisation
The approved concept is modelled in 3D. The marble’s veining, the tone of the wood and where the light falls are visible before construction begins. This is the cheapest time to make changes.

5. Construction drawings, quantities and budget
Detailed electrical, lighting, ceiling, floor and furniture drawings are prepared. Quantities are taken off for every item and the budget is shared line by line. Scope, schedule and payment plan are set out in writing in the contract.
6. Implementation
It starts with demolition, then continues with plumbing and electrics, plastering, flooring, painting and finally furniture installation. Meanwhile, made-to-measure furniture is produced in the workshop in parallel. Photo progress updates are shared throughout.
7. Handover
Before handover we walk through the space together, list any snags and fix them. You receive a clean space ready to use. Full details of the service are on the turnkey implementation page.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a turnkey project take?
Timing depends on the size of the space, the scope of work and the amount of custom manufacturing. There is a big difference between renovating an apartment and building a villa from scratch. The exact schedule is written into the contract after the survey and concept stages.
Can we live at home during the project?
In partial renovations some rooms remain usable, but once kitchen and bathroom work begins it is usually more comfortable to stay elsewhere temporarily because of dust and noise.
How is going over budget prevented?
The most effective method is to make decisions before work starts and to draw up quantities item by item. Most overruns come from new decisions made during construction.
