Karaköprü Villa
A 420 m² turnkey villa project with architecture, interiors, facade and landscape handled by one team.
Problem
The villa’s shell was complete, but its interior, facade and garden had been planned by three separate teams; the material language was inconsistent and the schedule unclear.
Work done
Everything was brought under one contract. The stone-and-wood facade, open-plan living room and kitchen, master suite and dressing room, pool and garden lighting were designed and built with the same material palette.
Process
Turnkey in 9 months; made-to-measure furniture and doors produced in our workshop.
