Residence Apartment
The finishing works of a new residence apartment were completed to design: living room, kitchen, master suite and dressing room.
Problem
A standard developer-finished apartment; storage was insufficient and lighting points did not suit the design.
Work done
At shell handover, electrical and plumbing points were rearranged; full-wall cabinets, a living room with bookshelves and a dressing room with concealed lighting were made to measure.
Process
Delivered in 10 weeks; storage doubled within the same floor area.
